1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We have a 2 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Once the return/exchange is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2 Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To begin a return, please contact us at digjafab@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return criteria.
  5. Once the product return is received, we will send you the replacement of the same product based on availability. If eligible for a replacement, it will be dispatched within 5 to 6 days.

3 Refund 

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at digjafab@gmail.com to initiate an exchange. Availability of the replacement item is subject to stock.
  • Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping of the original item, as well as any shipping fees for the replacement item.

5. Defective Or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at digjafab@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

  • Order Changes and Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at digjafab@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you may need to follow our return process.
